Alternative dispute settlement
Payson follows the law regarding alternative dispute settlements in consumer conditions and cooperates with the National Board for Consumer Disputes for investigation of disputes and complaints. For assistance with disputes and complaints that have occurred in connection with cross-border e-trading within the EU, we also refer to the Online Dispute Resolution, (ODR).
